How to check instant e-PAN status
In India, E-PAN is known as a digital PAN card, and every year Income-tax department issues more than one million E-PAN cards to applicants. A year ago, On 28th May 2021, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman launched the e-PAN facility in order to distribute instant PAN allotment with the help of an Aadhaar card. Applicants always try to search to know how to check E-PAN status online. here we have shared the step-by-step guide to check the status of e-PAN.
how to check the status of e-PAN:
Step 1: First of all, Visit the official website of e-Filing of the Income-tax department @ www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in.
Step 2: On the home page, you will click on the link- ‘Instant PAN through Aadhaar’.
Step 3: Next, click ‘Check Status of PAN’ option.
Step 4: Here, you will be asked to enter your Aadhaar number and captcha.
Step 5: Click on the confirm button.
Step 6: You will get an OTP on the registered mobile number.
Step 7: Enter the received OTP.
Step 8: You can check the status of your application-allotted/not allotted on the screen.
